I’ve also made Tang Zong style and your rolls are just as good. I started learning how to make yeast bread everything by probably the hardest way possible that’s from milling my own grain with a nutrimill stone grinder. Though seems everything I learned in my 59 years has always been starting from the very beginning no matter what it was. Keeps life interesting. Lol Thank you for an awesome recipe.

I’m a complete newbie to baking any form of bread/dough/etc and have always been SO intimidated. I did this recipe completely by hand and I didn’t think it was too bad! I followed the recipe to a tee. Only thing I struggled with was finding a warm spot for rising. First rise did nothing after an hour so I googled some tips and found that you can preheat oven to its lowest temp for a few minutes then turn it off. They rose perfectly!! They taste even better the next day somehow.
Obsessed, thank you for making me feel like a pro!!
