Hi Jeana! You can swap out the greek yogurt for sour cream or milk!

Hi, I wanna try this recipe today but we don’t have greek yogurt in our pantry. Can I leave it out? It’s already nighttime so I can’t buy any atm

Love the addition of the Greek yogurt, always makes baked goods stay more moist and tender for longer. Has become my go to when using up very ripe bananas.

Hi Faulyne! This bread does tend to get super mosit and gooey in the middle! I just reserve that center piece for someone who likes things ooey gooey hehe. So happy you enjoyed the recipe!

I forgotten to melt the Nutella so it was kinda lumpy. And despite all the praises that I got (it was gone in one seating!), I got worried when I noticed right in the middle that it was still wet and gooey. My friends thought it is so moist, I would think it’s under baked. The toothpick came out clean though!

Nutella all over my kitchen and it’s worth it.
For sure my new go to recipe.
Thanks Sarah! X

It’s sucks they don’t use measurements because a cup of flour isn’t the same for everyone! Using flour in grams is much more accurate and the standard for baking! I’ve scooped flour into a 1 cup measuring cup and weighed it and it’s usually around 135 grams so that’s the measurement I use when trying any of the recipes from this site!
