I’m about to make it for the third time in less than 2 weeks. lol. Made it for me and my husband the first time and he loved it and he’s not a big dessert guy. It’s light, not to rich. I used the ghirardelli 60% chocolate baking bars and put some cup up strawberries on the top and it’s delicious!

The longest part was chopping the chocolate. I made it for a dinner party and it was so decadent everyone loved it. I used semi sweet which was perfect. I left out the espresso powder because there were some young kids eating it too but it was delicious without it. Highly recommend and this is going into my kitchen recipe book.

Yes! The chocolate has sugar in it so it will be sweet enough! If you prefer a sweeter mousse you can also use a milk chocolate instead of a semisweet one!
