Vegan cus i used egg replacer. And then messed around with the quantities cus I could only find a big baking tin. Lol itโ€™s still very very very yummy and beats store made stuff anytime. I left out sugar yogurt and blue berries and added chia seeds and fresh lemon juice.

Actually, the highly processed veg/canola oil is what its absolutely terrible for your body. Look for virgin (unrefined) coconut oil. Hydrogenated oil of any kind is implicated in heart disease, so definitely avoid that.

It came out moist and delicious! The banana flavor does overwhelm the corn flavor, but you get the cornmeal texture. I substituted applesauce for the oil and Swerve sugar substitute for the sugar. The recipe didn’t specify how much salt so I put in about 1/4 tsp.
