Easy to make and definitely has the ice cream texture. Heavy sweetened condensed milk flavor, but not bad if you don’t mind it. Certainly an easy and quick ice cream alternative given that every other recipe I’ve looked up online says making ice cream at home isn’t worth it unless you have a very expensive machine.

Hi Sydney! I don’t think a protein shake would whip up the same way as heavy cream so I wouldn’t recommend it! You can eat the ice cream and then drink your protein shake hehe 🙂 OR you could make the icecream and then make a MILKSHAKE out of it with your protein shake!
